A small studio built around one thing: hand-cut stained-glass lamps worth putting where people can see them.
How it started
Noah Glow began because the lamps we wanted did not seem to be made any more — the kind with colored glass set by hand, the kind that turns a dark corner into the best corner in the room. We started buying samples, lighting them, and keeping the ones that were worth keeping.
What we are actually good at
Selection and quality control. Lamps like these vary enormously in the thickness of the glass, the neatness of the solder lines, the weight of the base and the warmth of the light, and most of the difference is invisible in a photograph. We buy samples, switch them on in a dark room, handle them, and drop the ones with flat color, rough seams or a base that tips. The range is smaller than it could be because of that.
What that means for you, concretely
- Standard shipping is free on every order inside the United States, with no minimum. We ship with UPS for fast and reliable delivery.
- Delivery takes longer than a domestic order. Our pieces are dispatched by a fulfillment partner from a warehouse outside the United States: 1 to 3 business days to process, then 7 to 16 business days in transit. It is on the Shipping page and on every product page, not buried in a policy.
- Every stated measurement is a real measurement — height and width in inches and centimeters, and the power type (plug-in or battery) stated on the page.
- Every piece is checked by hand and double-boxed in a reinforced carton with moulded inserts before it ships. Glass that arrives chipped is replaced or refunded on the strength of a photograph.
- 30 days to change your mind, and no restocking fee, ever.
What we will not tell you
That stock is running out when it is not, that a price is about to rise when it is not, or that a lamp will light a whole room. It is an accent lamp: it throws warm color across a table, a shelf or a wall, which is the whole point.
